Easy 3-Step Shopping

Step 1 | Submit your order through checkout without payment
Step 2 | You will receive a confirmation email with payment and delivery details within 48 hours
Step 3 | Your order will be ready for delivery within 48 hours of payment receipt

Option 1 | Credit card transaction over email
Option 2 | PayNow
Option 3 | Voucher redemption

Delivery Options

Option 1 | Complimentary standard shipping with tracking number
Option 2 | Express courier delivery with additional fee of SGD 12

Phone Order

Should you wish to place your order over the phone, call us at +65 6697 4130 during our business hours (see below) and we would be happy to assist you.

Email Order

Should you wish to place your order over email, simply send the list of items you’d like to purchase to pd@porsche.com.sg and we’ll respond within 48 hours.

Returns and Exchanges

Items may be exchanged within 14 calendar days from the date on your payment receipt and items must be unopened, unused and returned complete with original packaging and tags. Exchange can only be done in store. No refunds will be made for any transactions.

Stock Availability

We strive to keep our store inventory as accurate as possible. Should you happen to order any items that are not in stock, we will notify you via email within 48 hours of your order submission.

Important Notes

We are unable to accept cash on delivery.
We are unable to accept international orders and are unable to ship our products outside Singapore.
We reserve the right to change our policies without prior notice.
