Is online ordering secure?
Protecting your order information is our top priority. Porsche Lifestyle uses Secure Sockets Layers (SSL) technology to protect the security of your online order information. When you input your information into our system at "Submit order", your delivery information and card information is sent in an encrypted code that only we can decode. This information is sent to a card payment processor that validates your name, address and card information. Your encrypted card information is then stored in a secure computer until your product is despatched, at which time your card will be charged. Your order form, including your encrypted card information is once again archived in a secure computer that can only be accessed by authorised employees.
Can I place an order off-line?
No, we are only able to accept orders placed via the Online Shop.
What if I have a problem while placing an online order?
Although most online orders go very smoothly, occasionally you may experience some difficulties. If you are not sure what to do next to complete your order, click on the shopping basket button on the Shopping Assistant on the right of your screen. Do you accept international orders?
We accept and ship orders to Australian addresses only. For deliveries to other countries please visit the Porsche home page at www.porsche.com and select the appropriate country from the drop-down list.
How do I determine the correct clothing size?
To work out the correct size use the charts below:
Chest: measure under your arms around the fullest part of your chest.
Waist: measure your natural waistline, keeping the tape a little loose for comfort.
Small: 34" to 36"
Medium: 38" to 40"
Large: 42" to 44"
X Large: 44" to 46"
XX Large: 46" to 48"
When ordering clothing for children please remember that the ages given are just an approximation of size and that the height of your child is the correct indication of what size to buy.
3-4 years: up to 104 cm
4-6 years: 104 to 116 cm
6-8 years: 116 to 128 cm
8-10 years+: 128 to 140 cm
How do I cancel or modify my order once it has been placed?
To provide excellent customer service, we process orders upon receipt. If you change your mind once your order has been submitted please return the package using the process outlined in your delivery letter or contact the Porsche Information Centre on 03 9473 0998 for assistance.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, if you placed your order online an order confirmation will be sent to you via E-mail to the email address supplied at registration.
Will I receive confirmation that my goods have been despatched?
Confirmation that your goods have been despatched will be sent to you via E-mail if you placed your order online.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept VISA and Eurocard/MasterCard.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your card will only be charged for items that have been despatched, therefore, charges will appear on your statement once the items have been sent.
What if my credit card is declined?
Verify that all card information submitted is correct including your name, billing address and card number. If this information is correct, please contact the issuing bank of your card for further information.
Can I order an item previously offered on the web site?
We make every attempt to keep the site updated so that only items that are currently available are shown. If an item is no longer offered, it may be temporarily out of stock or no longer available. Supplies of many items, particularly collectibles, are limited, and there is always a chance that they will sell out quickly. If an item becomes available again, we will post it on the site as soon as it is in stock. Alternatively you can contact your Porsche Centre.
Can I place a gift order?
Unfortunately we are not able to offer a gift service at this time. You are able to arrange for a delivery to an address that differs from your billing address, however an advice note with the cost of the items will be included in the consignment.
Can I return an item I ordered?
Customers are able to return unworn, undamaged and unmarked items within 28 days of receiving the goods apart from items made to your specifications or clearly personalised which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or items that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, and, audio/video recordings and computer software that you have unsealed or used. If you wish to return an item, please follow the return process outlined in your delivery letter or contact the customer service department on 03 9473 0998 for assistance. The Customer Service Advisor will confirm how the item should be returned. When returning an item, please ensure that you obtain proof of postage.
We do not accept returns for items that have been purchased through Porsche Centres. These must be returned to where they were purchased.
How do I return defective merchandise?
If the item is within the 2 year warranty period, please contact the customer service department on 03 9473 0998 for assistance. The Customer Service Advisor will confirm how the items should be returned. When returning an item, please ensure that you obtain proof of postage.
What if my order was delivered incomplete or I received the wrong item?
If you receive an incomplete or wrong item, please contact the Porsche Information Centre on 03 9473 0998 who will be able to advise accordingly. Should a wrong item need returning then the return process outlined in your delivery letter should be followed. When returning an item, please ensure that you obtain proof of postage.
When will I receive a credit for my return?
Once a return is received the value of each item, less postage and packing charges, will be credited to your account within 5 working days of receipt. This should then appear in your account within a further 3-4 working days.
When can I expect my order?
Orders will be delivered within 25 days from the date of order receipt.
How can I track my order to see when it will be delivered?
If your order has not arrived within 14 days, please call the Porsche Information Centre 03 9473 0998 or E-mail us at email@example.com and we will gladly assist you in tracking your order. Alternatively, you can use the link to our freight company and consignment number detailed in your 'order despatched' E-mail.If your order cannot be traced, please call the Porsche Information Centre on 03 9473 0998 who will assist you.
What are your delivery costs and policies?
Our shipping costs amount to A$15 (including GST) per order for deliveries within Australia. Additional charges may apply for large items.
Can you send me information on the product before I buy?
If you need product information other than what is listed on the site, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If additional information is available that is not shown on the site, we will provide it to you.
Will I be charged GST?
Yes all purchases will include GST. This cost is included in the price quoted on the website and will be detailed on your invoice.
